    Anastasia Dedik

    Anastasia Dedik is an internationally acclaimed pianist and pedagogue whose career unites commanding artistry, refined musical insight, and an exceptional dedication to mentorship. Celebrated as a soloist, chamber musician, and collaborative pianist, she is widely recognized for inspiring artistic growth in young musicians while upholding the highest standards of pianistic excellence.

    Praised by New York Concert Artist Review for her “flawless and memorable” performances and by Peninsula Reviews for her “authentically Russian pianism,” Anastasia brings to her teaching the same depth of expression, stylistic authority, and intellectual rigor that define her artistry. Her pedagogical approach emphasizes refined sound production, stylistic integrity, score-based interpretation, and the development of a confident, individual artistic voice. A distinguished collaborative pianist, Anastasia has partnered with leading vocalists from the Mariinsky Theatre, the Metropolitan Opera, and The Juilliard School. Renowned for her intuitive musicianship and stylistic versatility, she is a sought-after mentor in chamber music, song repertoire, and ensemble performance.

    As a soloist, she has appeared at Carnegie Hall, the Kennedy Center, and the Great Philharmonic Hall in St. Petersburg, performing with orchestras including the Fort Worth Symphony, Saint Petersburg Philharmonic, and NYCA Symphony Orchestra. Her performances have been broadcast on RAI TV (Italy) and NBC’s Law & Order: SVU. Her discography includes Prima (2013), PIANO (2015), and a 2016 release on Toccata Classics featuring works by Theodore Akimenko.

    A laureate of major international competitions—including Bösendorfer and Yamaha USASU—Anastasia offers invaluable expertise in competition preparation, performance psychology, and career development. She is the Founder and President of Prima Music Foundation and Prima Music Academy, and Artistic Director of the Prima Music Summer Institute & Festival in the Berkshires. Originally from Saint Petersburg, she trained at the Saint Petersburg Conservatory, Oberlin Conservatory, and The Juilliard School, and is currently ABD toward her DMA at Rutgers University.

    Victor Rosenbaum

    Victor Rosenbaum is an acclaimed American pianist, composer, and conductor who has performed extensively across the U.S., Europe, Israel, Brazil, Russia, and Asia. He has appeared in prestigious venues such as Tully Hall in New York and the Hermitage in St. Petersburg, collaborating with renowned musicians including Leonard Rose, Robert Mann, and the Brentano and Borromeo String Quartets.

    A dedicated educator, Rosenbaum recently retired after more than 50 years on the faculty of the New England Conservatory, where he chaired the piano and chamber music departments. He also taught at Mannes School of Music and was a guest professor at Juilliard and Eastman. An active teacher and performer, he gives master classes worldwide.

    A former director of the Longy School of Music, Rosenbaum's recordings have received critical acclaim on the Bridge and Fleur de Son labels. This season, he continues to teach and perform in Japan, Korea, Israel, and Taiwan.

    Aleksandar Hadzievski

    Aleksandar Hadžievski, a pianist from Belgrade, Serbia, began his musical training at age six at Josip Slavenski Music School. In 2018, he moved to New York to study at the Manhattan School of Music with Nina Svetlanova before earning his degree with honors from Mannes School of Music in 2022. He is currently pursuing a Master of Music in Piano Performance at Mannes under Vladimir Valjarevic.

    A prize-winning pianist, Aleksandar received awards at the George Gershwin International Music Competition and the National Piano Competition of Serbia. He has performed at prestigious venues such as Carnegie Hall, Opera America, and Kolarac Concert Hall. He was featured on Serbian National Television and radio programs in New York and Belgrade.

    Beyond performing, he runs a private piano studio in New York City. Recognized for his contributions to the arts, he has received honors from the New York City Council and New York State Assembly.

    Svetlana Pekarskaya

    Svetlana Pekarskaya is a distinguished pianist and educator whose teaching is deeply rooted in the great Russian piano tradition. Born into a family of musicians, she began her studies with her mother and was selected at age six by the legendary pedagogue Anna Artobolevskaya to study at the Moscow Central School for Gifted Children. Her formative training continued with Rosa and Lubov Levinson, representatives of the Neuhaus lineage.

    A recipient of the prestigious Lenin Scholarship, Svetlana later pursued advanced studies at the David Rubin Academy of Music in Jerusalem, the Longy School of Music in Cambridge, and The Boston Conservatory, where she was awarded the highly selective Artist Diploma. She has worked with eminent artists including Tatiana Nikolaeva and Victor Rosenbaum.

    An internationally active performer, Svetlana is especially admired for her thoughtful, inspiring pedagogy. She currently teaches at St. George’s British International School in Rome and is dedicated to nurturing young artists with depth, discipline, and musical imagination.

    Amy Gustafson

    Praised for her “exquisite sensitivity” and a “style filled with class and elegance” by La Voz de Asturias and recognized by Lucid Culture as a pianist who “doesn’t fit the cookie-cutter mold,” American pianist Amy E. Gustafson enjoys an active international career as a performer, educator, and arts leader. She has appeared throughout the United States, across Europe, and in Asia, with notable performances including an appearance with the Sofia Sinfionetta, a concert tour in China, and replacing the late Abbey Simon at LACMA’s Sundays Live series in Los Angeles. In New York City, she has performed at venues such as Weill Recital Hall at Carnegie Hall, Steinway Hall, and Trinity Church Wall Street.

    Born into a musical family, Gustafson began her piano studies with her grandmother and won multiple competitions by the age of fifteen, leading her to continue her education in New York City. She has received numerous awards and completed her studies at the Manhattan School of Music, New York University, and the University of Texas at Austin. In addition to performing, she serves as Executive Director and faculty of the Gijón International Piano Festival in Spain and is a Yamaha Artist.

    Philip Kwoka

    Philip Kwoka is a Polish American pianist, educator, and arts leader, and the Founder and President of the Bronx School for Music, where he is dedicated to expanding access to high-level music education and nurturing young artists through performance and mentorship. His work in building community-centered music schools has garnered major national media attention, including features in The New York Times and on NBC’s Today Show. Alongside his work as an administrator, he maintains an active career as a soloist and chamber musician.

    Philip has appeared with orchestras in the United States and Europe, including the Warminsko-Mazurskie Philharmonic in Poland and the Tampa Bay Symphony Orchestra. His national debut came after being selected to perform on NPR’s From the Top, leading to further international engagements. A frequent prizewinner, he has received top awards from the Bradshaw and Buono International Piano Competition, the Tampa Bay Symphony Young Artist Competition, and the Blüthner Junior Piano Competition, among others, as well as scholarships from the National Chopin Foundation and the Kosciuszko Foundation.

    Philip earned his Bachelor of Music degree from the Cleveland Institute of Music, where he received the Sadie Zellen Piano Prize, and completed his Master of Music degree at the Mannes School of Music. His mentors have included Pavlina Dokovska, Daniel Shapiro, Paul Schenly, and Konstantin Soukhovetski.

    Robert Grohman

    Pianist Robert Grohman has been praised for his artistry and musical sensitivity and enjoys a career as a soloist, chamber musician, teacher, and administrator. The New York Times critic James Oestreich wrote of one Carnegie Hall performance, “Grohman stood out among the players.” Grohman has performed in several venues in each of Vienna, Washington, D.C., and New York City, and appeared as a soloist with the Vienna International Orchestra, where his original cadenza for Mozart’s Piano Concerto K.467 was hailed by conductor Robert Lehrbaumer as “the best cadenza for this concerto that I’ve ever heard.” He has collaborated with Latin Grammy Award-winner Pedro Giraudo and the American Repertory Ballet at State Theater New Jersey. Other performances include solo recitals at Rutgers University and other venues around New Jersey. He also performed live on Chicago’s WFMT Radio, and was the piano teacher for Jessica Chastain in The Zookeeper’s Wife, as well as musical consultant to director Nikki Caro for the film.

    Grohman’s article “Not the Slightest Reverberation: Did Mozart’s Fortepiano Lack Knee Levers?” was published in the Journal of Music Research from the National Taiwan Normal University. He has presented at conferences of the Historical Keyboard Society of North America, Rutgers University Musicological Society, and Vienna ConcertoFest.

    Mr. Grohman received a DMA from Rutgers University, where he was awarded the Irene Alm Memorial Prize, the Music Department Award for excellence in performance, and the Rutgers Seminar Paper Prize. He previously studied at the Mannes College of Music, Manhattan School of Music, NJPAC, University for Music and Performing Arts in Vienna, and Northwestern University, where he earned both a BM and BA degree in Mathematics. He is an Assistant Teaching Professor at Rutgers, where he teaches applied piano and piano literature and where he serves as Graduate Coordinator and Piano Area Coordinator.
